Kuti is the shared information system of the FCCA and the Consumer Advisory Service. The aim is to gather the contacts concerning consumer sales in one place, making the detection of and intervention in problems as efficient as possible.
A total of 73,200 cases were recorded in Kuti in 2017, approximately 6% less than in the previous year.
Kuti was developed by adding new functions and instructions, which facilitated the utilisation of more diverse information, improved the quality of the data, and improved the user experience. The upgrades enhanced the effectiveness of the Consumer Advisory Service, the analysis of market phenomena, and intervention in discovered shortcomings.
